Cancellation & Reschedule policy

Sharubs Cleaning™ understands that sometimes circumstances may arise that require our clients to cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointments. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while also maintaining the efficiency of our scheduling and providing reliable service.

Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Notice:

  • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment may be subject to forfeiture of the initial down payment made.

Cancellation Fee Amount:

  • The cancellation fee will be the initial down payment which is 30% of the total service cost.

Refunds:

  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Refunds for prepaid services will be issued only if cancellations are made within the specified notice period.

Payment for Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellation fees will be charged to the client's preferred payment method on file within 7 business days of the canceled appointment.

Late Arrival or Lockouts:

  • If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the premises, or if there is a significant delay in gaining access for 45 minutes, a service waiting fee or staff pull out may occur.

No-shows:

  • Clients or representative who are not present at the scheduled time of cleaning or late of 30minutes without prior notice may be considered a "no-show." No-show appointments may be subject to the full cost of the scheduled cleaning.

  • No- show clients will be tagged with a black points in our system making it a least preferred customers to work with or will be required to a full prepay for future services.

Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule their cleaning appointment without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 36 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.

  • Preferred rescheduled date will be subjected to availability of the schedule. Closest available date and time will be given if in case the preferred rescheduled time is already taken.

Communication:

Policy Review:

  • This cancellation/rescheduling policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or modified by Sharubs Cleaning™. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance.

By scheduling a cleaning service with Sharubs Cleaning™, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
