Cleaning, Cancellation & Reschedule policy
Sharubs Cleaning™ Services understands that sometimes circumstances may arise that require our clients to cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointments. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while also maintaining the efficiency of our scheduling and providing reliable service.
Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation Notice:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. It will be free of charge and will not incur any penalties.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment may be subject to forfeiture of the initial mobilization payment made.
Cancellation Amount:
The cancellation amount will be the initial mobilization fee which is 30% of the total service cost.
Refunds:
Cancellation amount are non-refundable once charged.
Refunds for pre paid services will be issued only if cancellations are made within the specified cancellation notice period.
Required refund amount will be transferred via e-wallet or bank transfer within 9 days after the approved cancellation.

Late Arrival or Lockouts:
If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the premises, or if there is a significant delay in gaining access for 45 minutes, such as late arrival of client, no show and alikes, a service waiting fee or staff pull out may occur.
No-shows:
Clients or representative who are not present at the scheduled time of cleaning or late of 30minutes without prior notice may be considered a "no-show." No-show appointments may be subjected to the full cost of the mobilization fee, without refund and staff can leave after the provided grace period.
Time is precious and we value commitment.
No- show clients will be tagged with a black points in our system making it a least preferred customers to work with or will be required to a full amount pre-pay for future needed services.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their cleaning appointment without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment.
Preferred rescheduled date will be subjected to availability. Closest available date and time will be given if in case the preferred rescheduled time is already taken.
Sharubs Cleaning™ Services reserves the right to leave the premises once the client does not show up, or there is a significant activities in the area such as ongoing construction that may obstruct, delay and affect the overall cleaning operations. No refund will be provided.
Exclusion:
Basic | Deep Cleaning | Post Construction:
The following activities are excluded in the service:
Washing/ Folding of clothes.
Repair of any kind (major/ minor).
Dishwashing and Kitchen appliances detailing or repairs.
Does not include deep cleaning of bed mattresses and couches.
Garbage/ Construction material collection and disposal to landfills.
Area(s) that are unreachable by our available tools and equipment.
Exterior of the house such as outside windows, gutter, fence/wall unless agreed and included in the quote.
Carpet Cleaning | Pressure Washing:
The following activities are excluded in the service:
House or office cleaning is not included unless prior agreed.
Bi-weekly Cleaning :
The following activities are excluded in the service:
Does not include exterior of the unit or a deep cleaning type of service.
Does not include carpet or couch deep cleaning.
Back job or recleaning:
If the result does not satisfy you, please provide the following details within 1 hour after the completion of the task. After evaluation and finding out that there are lapses from Sharubs Cleaning™ Services procedures, we will do a repeat cleaning, free of charge!

Policy Review:
This cleaning, cancellation/rescheduling policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or modified by Sharubs Cleaning™. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance.
